As the Founder of As for Us & Our House, Inc., which is a 501c3 non-profit organization, Rich has over 20 years of volunteer leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training. As the visionary, Rich oversees and has partnered in building numerous programs created to effect change mentally, economically, educationally, and socially. He believes that everyone is created uniquely, with a special set of gift and talents, that in many cases, just needs to be discovered.
As the Athletic Director at Upper Room Christian School, Rich founded Long Island’s 1st Post Graduate program, leading to sixteen student-athletes receiving collegiate athletic scholarships. Rich is known for leading Long Island Lutheran to its 1st Class “A” Basketball State Championship, as they upset the #2 nationally ranked LaSalle Academy, led by High School All American & NBA Star, Ron Artest.
Rich is a pioneer, who believes if there is a will, there is a way. Rich and his wife of eleven years are fortunate to have two sons. He is fully invested in his family, but has strong passion and drive to be the change the he wants to see.
