K. Monique Ullah is the CEO/Founder of Girls Set the Ground Rules NYC, Incorporated and was educated through the Saint Catherine of Sienna, Fashion Industries High School where she studied Merchandising, Graduated from Springfield Gardens High School and then studied Business Administration at LaGuardia Community College. 

She worked at A. David & Associates, Inc. as an underwriting inspector and advanced to adjuster/property manager.  Then moved on to Societe Generale were she took the position of Softskill Senior Administrator.  CPR Certified, Covid Contact Track and Trace Certified, MAT trained and Certified, MARLS member and Community Leader of Southeast Queens.
